A: I don’t know where this was made but it is a quality product. The foam rolls under the arms are so wonderful. My little man can walk around and hold a stick in one hand and a leaf in the other and I still have control over him

A: Maximum length of shoulder strap is 15.7inch(40cm). Maximum circumference of chest strap is 29inch(74cm). Fits children with chest circumference less than 27inch.
