The 10 I ordered came as a 43. I'm normally either a 9.5 or 10 in U.S. shoes, so I'm always ready to return and reorder on Amazon as needed. In Euro shoes I'm 41, 42, or 43. But the "10" I ordered here fits great -- first try. For me, I can get away with either thin socks or no socks with these shoes -- most shoes I have fit and work with socks or better barefoot.These are super comfortable. They are flat with no arch support or rise to the heal - just what I wanted. It's a minimalist shoe. However the insert is really top notch - even has accu-pressure points, which I don't really notice whether they are working or not or whether it's just a cute Hipster style, but it's all very comfortable. The upper is thin canvas and breathes wonderfully -- just what I wanted.I had to get something like slippers to wear upstairs to my coronovirus office and these are great. I wanted a shoe that would slip on and off without having to reach down and these more or less work for that.
