A beautiful cake topper to transform any cake into a party piece. A layered cardboard cut out high heeled shoe with a satin bow embellishment. Includes a diamante number (each number 3.5cm tall). This decoration comes ready assembled with a plastic cake pick which allows the topper to be inserted into you cake and stands upright. Spike approx 5cm long and 0.7cm at its widest. This cake topper is non edible and contains small parts and should therefore not be used as a toy and kept away from young children.
