HIGHLY UNSATISFIED. ROD IS NOT ROATATING.WITHIN A WEEK IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.I'LL NOT RECOMEND ANYBODY THIS WORST ITEM .I THINK I SUPPOSSED TO GIVE ZERO 0R NEGATIVE RANKING. BUT U'VE NOT GIVEN THAT OPTION.EKDAM BAKWAS PRODUCT.

Not a great product the handles and knobs do not turn to loosen and fasten !Received in bad condition! Disappointed

Very bad product..

This is standard mop. Quality is flimsy. The mop head doesn't rotate to wring out water. Avoidable. Better to buy the whole set again.

very user friendly and can be used in the most complex areas of ur house. i also use it to wipe my walls and i experience terrific results.so its a too good thing. Now let me see how long it lasts. over a month and working fine
