We're using it specifically for heavy inventory management in a construction field, and that includes and indoor warehouse and on site. The real hero here is the barcode scanner, which is built in to the tablet. It uses the Zebra engine, so it's no off brand, bare bones scanner. It's great quality. I use this Arrvel T81X rugged tablet android 14 for outdoor surveying and GIS data collection, and it performs extremely well. The octa-core processor, 8GB RAM, and 128GB storage keep Android 14 running smoothly even with mapping, navigation, and data apps open at the same time—no lag or freezing at all. The 700-nit screen is easy to read in sunlight, and GPS is precise for field location work. It’s built IP65 and MIL-STD-810H, so it handles dirt, bumps, and outdoor conditions without issues.
