You will have to communicate through the What's App and there is a 12 hour time difference here on the east coast of the USA. This wasn't really a problem for me. I will let you know that owning this printer requires some basic knowledge of computers and electronics. The unit does require some assembly and regular maintenance to keep running smoothly. The print quality of the printer is superb, the colors are vibrant and the line are perfect.
