**Q: what is the maximum height you would gain from these?**
A: You would gain between 3/4 and 1 1/2" depending in how you adjusted them. I would call them "levelers" and not "risers".

**Q: How wide is the foot?**
A: 1"

**Q: Can the threaded stud be removed?**
A: I don’t know. I did not true to remove.

**Q: Are they stainless? Will be exposed to water**
A: Base that touches the ground is hard plastic.  Shaft and tee nut appear to be bright steel (not stainless).

I agree with other reviewers it is a good product but the pilot hole I drilled ended up being 3/8 of a inch, had I drilled 7/16 it would have been very loose (it's not exactly snug at 3/8 so i definitely wouldn't have wanted to go bigger. So please definitely measure the size of the t-nut before drilling.
