This is my new breakfast :-) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great BUT Moldy *by K***G on August 7, 2022* I am a nutritionist and a big fan of this product and have ordered it several times, since I love how high protein and low carb it is. The taste tis great too. And, for the most part, the ingredients are clean other than the fact that the egg whites are clearly not organic. I love also that it is only sweetened by monk fruit, as that is a low glycemic and one of the most healthy sweetness. My one issue with this product is that it has contained mold in it a few times. There was a strong taste in some but not all of it. Peanut mold is not uncommon and can be dangerous. It is called Aflatoxin which is a potent human carcinogen. The fact that they do not send their product via FedEx but rather USPS meant that it also sat in my mailbox for a full day in Florida during the summer.
