Yes, they are numbered which isn't exactly what I wanted, but we added info with a sharpie and it was fine. Only complaint is that when I received them and removed them form the packaging, the hooks on the ends that are supposed to hang on the file bars were all bent inwards due to bad packaging. . The key slots are too close together, and the right-hand slots are so far right that the key number tag doesn't really fit because it doesn't clear the right side of the file drawer. Unless your keys are really small, count on using every other slot and the two right ones, not at all; so the real capacity is 24 keys, not 50. The triangular portion of the tags is wider at its base than the width of the slots, so they don't seat completely unless you trim them a little. Somehow, even Amazon was confused because they sent an "item shipped" email to me several weeks ago saying my order had shipped with a delivery date of June 21. The key caddy arrived today, July 19. When I opened it, I wondered what the big deal was. It is such a simple product, no bells or whistles. It holds keys. I started to hang it in the drawer and noticed one of the hooks was bent almost double making it impossible to hang it correctly. I should have sent it back but I managed to straighten the hook and use it anyway. What a disappointment!HOWEVER, kudos to the customer service team at ivgStores, the seller for this product. They were as helpful as could be during the long wait and kept me updated on every move via email. And, they gave me a 10% discount for my trouble. They were so nice that I just don't have the heart to tell them about the item being damaged when it finally arrived.
