This bike looks good, I do not have any problem riding with it, I already used it couple of time. The only reasons I rate it 4 stars was because it does not come with the basket at the back, I contacted the seller and it respond that they will sent the basket from China..,I will change my rating to 5 once I received the basket.I will keep testing it and write several review with a video.I will purchased the white one if the priced go down for what I purchased mine..........2nd review...I received the basket, very happy,.seller was responsive to all of my email, very good customer service!! Thank you. The bike comes with key and remote.you can choose to use either of those 2 to turn it on, that's a feature that was not mention.it has its own alarm, if you want to lock the bike.the battery last longer than my 2 electric bike twice.pedal can also be folded.

We've been riding this bike for about a week and really enjoy it. Here are some of the pro's and con's that may be useful to you:Pro's: Great value for the features included- Fork suspension as well as rear frame suspension is rare in this price range for e-bikes (under $450). What we found is that when riding a smaller bike like this one, the suspension really makes a difference because bumps are very harsh without the suspension. For other compact bikes with tires smaller than 16", I can't imagine how uncomfortable bumps transmit. Consider this when you are shopping for e-bikes with small tires.- Manual pedaling is available (simply don't turn the key on the bike), as well as pedal assist (when the key is switched on, just start pedaling and after a couple of turns, the motor will begin lightly assisting)- Drive unit is very smooth and quiet, and includes 3 speeds. The highest speed is quite fast!- Solid construction, feels like it is built well. No squeaks or rattles yet.- Range is great, went for at least 10 miles on one charge and seems like there is still power left- Includes electronic horn and LED light- Actually includes an alarm fob and chirpy alarm that will go off if it is armed, and the bike is turned on- Folds compact and fits in our Mini Countryman trunk (picture of folded bike in trunk below)Improvements that could be made:- We are having the front disc brake misalignment that some other reviewers have noted. Currently working with the seller to address this, but there is some severe vibration in the front when you brake hard. Rear brake works fine but is a little squeaky. Hopefully the seller will have good service and provide a solution- Bike is small and seating position with respect to the pedals is awkward. The wide seat, which is comfortable if just cruising with the motor assist, makes it uncomfortable if you actually want to pedal (and get some exercise). If you are taller than 5'9" or heavier than 180 lbs, this bike may be too small for you to comfortably pedal. If you just want it for motor assist and not pedaling, you should be fine. This is the trade off for a small compact bike, however- The power display has three green glowing bars, but the intensity on the green leds is so bright that its hard to see when the power level is going down. Also, there is always a red battery symbol glowing, which you might take as an error or low battery. The seller responded quickly to let us know this red battery symbol is normal- heavy where the battery is (not unusual for e-bikes though), making it awkward to carry when in folded configuration- Tandem seat shown in the pictures is a separate purchase. The way it looked to us, we thought it would be included- No rear red safety reflector unless you attach the included basket- Could have been packed better for shipping. The box it came in was dented and had holes at the stress points where the tires and pedals were. Parts could have easily fallen out, and it takes away from overall presentation when the box is all janky.Bonus features that aren't mentioned:- It does have cruise control--if you hold the throttle down full for more than 3 seconds, it will continue to apply full throttle for you so you don't need to continue holding the throttle down- The brakes are wired so that the instant you use them, it kills the throttle. Nice safety feature- pedals fold for easier transportAll in all, we are pretty satisfied with the bike as our first foray into electric bikes. Hopefully the seller can resolve the brake issue (and have a little more quality control on packaging and the brakes for future orders), will update the review with what happens.

purchased two. one had a bolt missing like the review above. however, it never took the seller more than 24 hours to respond to my emails. My boys love this thing, it has 3 step speed control and the light works great at night. Battery life is very good, battery still two bars after a a 12 mile ride. Like any bicycle, brakes and chain needs to be adjusted when new, no major issues. considering buying another two for wife and me when we travel to Yosemite or Mammoth. Kids minifox climbed 1000 ft elevations without problems at mammoth, My adult electric bike had issues with the climb. I am always a little skeptical when ordering from China, but I am not with this company. Their response and service is very good.

I love the bike, been all over the town with it, only couple things 1. the saddle is not comfortable at all, 2. for someone above 5'9" don't buy it as it's wicked tiny :)Overall I love the bike, wish shipping could have been a bit faster,Charging last quite long, I have ridden about 14 miles and there were still 2 bars on battery life, so it would have gone above 20 miles easyI will post more pics and videos l

I order the ebike on August 1, of last month and got it on the 3 of August. Didn't think it would come that fast.Came in a large cardboard box.After opening the box,the bike was folded.Removing the bike,I had to unfold it.Had to put the handle bars on.Put a little more air in front tire.It does have air in them.It also came with a basket and two sets of keys.It has a alarm on the key.And if the alarm go off, it makes a loud sound.And the ebike was already charged when it came.It also came with pedals. Had to put them on.The bike ride great and fast to. It have 3 speeds,headlight,and horn.Also it has a phone case on it too.You can even charge your phone. And the bike is a eye catcher.People will stare and point. Some would ask where did you buy it?Kids will tell their parents, I want that!! What I dislike was the stickers on the bike.I don't know what it is saying. Because it is not in English. The seat is hard,to sit on.Only if you are pedaling with the motor off.And this bike is only for people who is between 4 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 8 inches. I know a guy who just order one and got it.But he is 6 feet 5 inches tall and weight 265 pounds. He can't even ride it because of his weight. I have seen people call the police thinking that he stole it because the way he looks on it.Well I guess that's part of life. Anyway the bike is great. I just order that backseat for it.They have it on EBay for 49.00 and free shipping. I also order the New York 18 mm u lock from Amazon.

bike came with one sheet pocket size user's manual with a brief description of the bike, letters size 6, non readable without loop. There is no word how to adapt the height of saddle, which is set-up for child. No technical information about tires pressure, how to remove battery, how the engine cooperate with peddle movement.

Nice bike;battery last pretty long.

3 stars. First, front brake appears unalignment and it sounds. Battery drained so fast. Very very slow on uphill (little slop, not high).

Great ebike for a reasonable price. Zips around pretty quickly. Pedaling is not for long distance or hills but does the job on short, flat surfaces.

Bike came so quick!! I absolutely love it- I zip around town effortlessly!! Everyone stops and asks me about the bike- highly recommend!!
