Actually, I used it mostly while she was in a queen size bed to go sideways in the bed before rolling onto her side. Something to watch out for: if you are pulling this out from underneath someone, notice that it has hemmed edges that can actually cut the skin. After that happened once, we were careful to coordinate that last slow pull out from underneath her.
