I like the design of it but its too small and always tips over.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Broken handle - resolved via customer service

The handle broke after three weeks of use, guess where is it made. Update: The issue was resolved with customer service , they sent a new backpack. I would give 5-star for customer service and they way they've taken care of the problem, but I would still give 3-star for the product as I don't feel confident it won't brake again. We need USA manufacturing back and I am willing to pay for the quality.
