This version moves in every direction possible and is very easy to set up. My 23.8" monitors fit just fine. Very happy with this stand. I recommend the purchase. **Q: Can I use my 29 inch ultrawide monitor?** A: You could but, it was tough getting my 2 24" monitors side by side or angled for easy viewing. Unless you plan on using it in a vertical orientation I would say not. **Q: Will the mount fit my 4.7 inch thick desk?** A: No. It will only fit up to 3.26" clamped and 3.4" through bolt. **Q: 16" height is way too low of a height for standing. are there models that do 24"?** A: Yes.
