Room for improvement
It would be nice to come with written and picture instructions. I also didn't notice until recently that it had a zipper pocket and one of the teeth is bent out of place. So it will be hard to open and close making it useless. Other than that I haven't had any problems so far.

Back pain
I like the color thats for sure. The first time I have tried this on, it was perfect used it for about 20 mins for a walk. The next day, my entire back was sore and its still sore from the time I used it and it been 6 days since the last time I used. It doesnt help my back whatsoever, I rather just use my old one because that one barely gives me any back problem unlike this one. Can I still return this item?

To many straps
There are SO many straps that it difficult to put the baby in and i hate the center back strap i can't close it on my own

Es super cómoda y segura para mi como para mi niña. Me fascina poder cambiarla de posición en la misma cangurera y que su espalda quede siempre recta! sobre todo no hace daño a la bebe pues no queda guindando con todo su peso cayendo sobre su cintura pelvica y sacro sino que tiene un como asiento que la hace diferente. Excelente!!
