- Directions to use: Wash well before use. Wipe it dry. Cut an onion and fry it in the kadai with 3-4 spoons of cooking oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Discard onion and repeat if necessary. Apply oil and store appachatti to avoid rusting. Follow the usage instructions provided in the manual.
