A: The entire figure. Standard has her in her normal outfit while this version is in her shrike skin. Shrike shin has lots of visual differences including but not limited to her mask and cloak.

The figure looks great. I collect special edition Overwatch figurines. I can't attest to her sturdiness out of the box, as I have to stack most of them for the sake of space, but she is very easy to see through the packaging.
