A: The dimension of the extra large balance pad is 19 x 16 x THICK 2.5 inches. The large one is 16 x 13.5 x THICK 2 inches

**Q: How thick are thevive balancing pad**
A: They are two and a half inches thick when you stand on them it's like standing on foam I'm satisfied with them I started to send them back because I didn't think they would be wide enough and then I decided to buy a second one which my theory was correct and I'm quite satisfied with the both of them depending on what you're doing and how wide is a therapy pads I see I think they will do the trick you may have to buy two sets or more and they are not very good I like them they helped me a lot

**Q: Can this pad be bent in half to put between knees to squeeze for therapy**
A: The two pads can stick together to make one large pad using the built-in Velcro bands.  The pads are stiff and don't bend or fold easily.  They are meant to be walked or stood on, and this becomes the exercise.  Trying to balance on a surface that's gotten a little give in it.  Balance Pad is what it is.  I would not try to fold either pad in half.  There is comfort in kneeling on the pads because of the cushioning material (foam).

**Q: Would this be good for noise cancelling weights being dropped on them?**
A: Yes, although their area is not large enough to cover much floor. They are lightweight but very dense foam and Velcro together
