Very unsatisfied with this and would like seller to contact me asap. One of the necklaces came broken. The mermaid tail was in two pieces. My daughter paid for this herself and was very excited to wear them with her best friends. Now she's so sad after waiting anxiously for them to arrive. I would like a full refund immediately as well as a return shipping label if you want them back.
