The shoes are assembled in China and we make sure that the shoes run true to size based on American sizes. **Q: Usually wear skechers shape ups, but now discontinued. how do these compare? i have bunions, flat feet, and stand all day on concrete floor.** A: I also used to wear sketchers shape ups they are a great shoe. The Gravity shoe is different because the shoe insole hugs your foot, it offers support and structure for your flat feet. It does take some time to get used to them so when you buy them don’t give up when your feet hurt the first week or so. I don’t know anything about bunions so I can’t attest to that and these shoes. But, I think reguardleas because you stand on concrete all day your feet will hurt no matter which shoe you wear. All I know is that when I don’t wear the Gravity shoe, my feet can tell the difference. Good Luck. **Q: I have ball of foot pain. How well do these shoes adress that?** A: The big ball joint in my foot hurts all the time too. It’s arthritic and big. I can walk in these shoes and not have any pain. They are cushiony on the inside but the sole is harder. The way they are designed you don’t get all that pressure on that joint. I also think I was over compensating for the pain in my foot and my knee started bothering. These shoes I really do believe realign your body. Knee pain is gone and my back feels better.
