When I connected the unit to charge the battery, there was an electrical burning odor at the charging connection port and the battery would not charge. Contacted the seller with the issue and just like their website says, they replaced my product with no questions asked and free shipping. The replacement is great. Good quality product. I have had my replacement for two weeks now and use it every night to take my dog out and I have yet to recharge it. I deliver in a pretty rural area so it gets very dark at night and having a good flash light is a must when I’m trying to find the right address for a package. This flashlight has gone above and beyond my expectations when I first got it. It’s very bright and the extension part makes it great for spotting numbers on mailboxes from across the road. It’s saved me countless times when walking across yards from stepping in holes and spotting dogs before they get a chance to chase me lol. Only negative is the metal edges are really sharp and can cut you if you’re not careful. I’m thinking about making a paracord wrap to help stop that though.
