Seems sturdy so am happy to try again. Will complete this review when the replacement arrives. Replacement arrived and it's great. Easy to put together and sturdy. Using it in the back seats if a truck for a medium large dog and it's perfect. Opens at the end which was essential. Includes some bolts and cable ties incase it's needed in a flight but I have left then off.
