**Q: How is this packed (is it boxed or vac packed) and what is the shelf life?**
A: It comes in a plastic wrapper, but not actually vac packed. On mine the shelf life was quite short, but I froze it as soon as it arrived (label says it’s suitable for freezing).

**Q: Can this product be frozen?**
A: Yes approx 10 days in a fridge and 10 months in a freezer although it may be ok longer in a freezer

**Q: How many Tempeh bars in this purchase? 
How many servings in each Tempeh bar?**
A: Hi 
You will receive 2x400g tempeh bars. 
Serving depends on what you’re making with it. When I make a stir fry, I use half a block for 4 of us
