I have heard it’s fine to put in sauces and sprinkle on food. It has extra protein, fibre and b vitamins in which are all essential for healthy eating. It’s also vegan so can be good for vegan cheese sauce alternatives to add flavour. It does have a slight cheesy taste and I’m probably not the best person to review it on taste because I’m not a fan of cheese, but instead of sprinkling it on foods dry I’ve been mixing it into sauces and omelettes. I can’t taste it that way too much. It dissolves really nicely and I just put a teaspoon in each meal that I can dissolve it in recently but you can add a bit more.
