It takes a time or two to learn how to best apply it. For me I find that if I apply it after a shower and really washed the area of application that I can get 5-7 days per application. Make sure not to apply lotions or oils around the strips or else they will come off quicker.Update: after a month of using this product, I discovered the importance of effective exfoliation prior to application. If I exfoliate and wash the area with soap prior to applying mine will last up to 9 days before beginning to peel. Also any non-hairy areas last longer than hairy areas.  ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best product *by A***A on 12 June 2018* I did a ton of research on which tape to buy for my knees as I have torn meniscus with both knees. I have knee braces and they were not helping at all. You sweat so much with the braces and that causes the knees to swell. I had remembered that during physical therapy the therapist used Kinesiology Tape to help with support and swelling. I figured why not give it a try again to see what would happen. So more research went into finding the best amount of tape for a good price. I came across Fitzeal Kinesiology Tape and see it was the best price for the amount of tape. I did a rush order so I could get it ASAP and I love walking in the morning; remembered on one of the videos I watched on YouTube it suggested applying the tape at least 2 hours or something like that before any activity. The box came in the mail and I get my legs/knees cleaned and cut the amount of tape needed for the "Total Support for Knees". When I got up in the morning I was able to get out of bed without issues of feeling like I was going to fall flat on my face. Climbed the stairs to get to the kitchen with out knees giving out. Next came the 35 minute walk to see what would happen. Needless to way the walk lasted LONGER than 35 minutes, I walked for 45 minutes without pain or having to slow my pace at all. One of the best decisions ever...I just cut up a few pieces and let the magic work & it did work, had knee pain due to a knee injury for the past four months, used it for around 2 weeks & have no pain now.Its simple cut a lil piece or two and place it wherever you think you have pain, nothing to it. Just remember to do it while the skin is dry otherwise it won't stick properly.
