I repeated this step once more and then did a quick spot scrub a third time. It has a strong mint-like smell, but I would not call it offensive. I was fine with the bathroom fan on. I wouldn't let my kids hang out in there, but I didn't feel like I was going to pass out. Overall, this is a total win!
