Love it! *by S***I on 6 July 2019* I love this knife as it is Super sharp. It Has taken my veggie chopping to a whole new level. At 1st you might feel it a bit awkward and bulky to work it, but as you get a hold on it its amazing. It doesn't slip while chopping,you can work with it with ease.Vegetable chopping is done withen minutes. Earlier with regular knives i used to find fine chopping of hard veggies like carrots, beetroot etc a bit tough,but now with this RICASSO knife life and cooking has become so much easier. I'd like to make a suggestion, always keep a serrated knife for chopping tomatoes,as chopping of tomatoes regularly dulls the sharpness of any straight edged knife. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Superb performance, Felt strong but Rusting:( *by S***O on 27 June 2019* Plus:One of the best knife i have ever used in my kitchen, for the money its easily one of the best value too and its quite heavy too but unlike some reviews stated about unbalanced knife but honestly it felt super easy for me to cut and chop things, the fact we hold heavy things quite tight not to drop it thats how it felt heavy handle is also can be used to smash things like garlic, ginger etc., From chicken to tomatoes its superb experience cutting and chopping was so smooth. Overall best knife under 1000 rupees.Minus:Not for salty water usage even with very few days of usage i already noticed so many rust spots which is totally contrary to what they claim in the description "Rust Proof" stainless steel. See my kitchen sink is also stainless Steel but never developed a rust spots why because its not only about stainless steel its about how pure means what grade it is thats what it matters at least those who lives with salty water areas. So my guess to keep the cost this low they have used quite low grade stainless-steel material.So if you live in salty water area you may want to give it a miss (its really painful to give up on this knife because its very sharp, great looking and superbly built).
