Might not use the web page right away, but it is nice to have when ready to do so. ### ⭐ Product is good but Amazon's support is not! *by S***R on January 15, 2021* I have purchased this product several times from Amazon. This time, for reasons that neither Amazon nor Microsoft can explain, the code only partially worked. It is a 1 year (365 day) subscription. When I applied the code I got 187 days, not 365 days. I called Microsoft and spent a long time working with them, and they could not see why it did not apply the full 365 days. They were able to confirm I did purchase a 365 day code. They said I had to contact Amazon as they were the 3rd party that sold it and ask them to resolve or refund. Amazon said they sold the code, and the sale was their only responsibility. The fact that it didn't provide 365 days was immaterial. They very politely told me they would do nothing and it was my tough luck. They had zero interest in helping me. I went back to Microsoft, who to their credit was interested in making it right, and provided a way to extend it to the full year as they had seen evidence that I had purchased it.
