Unfortunately, the one that we received worked well through its first charge but then would not charge after that. I emailed the company and received the absolute best customer service. They were very concerned that my son did not have a working gift (knowing it was his Christmas gift) and sent one out right away. The customer service representative checked on us multiple times to make sure that we received the new puppy and that it worked well.As for the puppy itself, it is a fun, interactive toy that all of my kids (3,6,7, and 9) enjoy! Its music ranges from ABCs to Michael Jackson, he dances, barks, and my kids' favorite, farts! It is a remote control toy, so you move him like a RC car with the remote. (Other reviewers were upset that this was not like another robotic dog, but it really isn't meant to be!)This toy is still being used frequently, three months later.
