Did a little searching online and found these guys. The original foam had dry rotted and the sound was horrible. I originally ordered the wrong repair kit and gave them a call and they immediately sent out the correct one for me. (Make sure you have the right one! In my case I accidentally ordered the thinner v1 version instead of the thicker v2) Installation was easy, just took awhile to clean off the old foam. They give you a lot of a adhesive too which is nice, but you won't even use that much. I followed a youtube video and had it done and back in my car the next day. Sounds so much better. Thanks guys! The speaker had no identifiable markings on it, so I had to guess which one to choose. The one I chose was too big, but by cutting and gluing, I was able to make it fit. It would be more useful if the exact inner and outer diameters were given, instead of just brand names or serial numbers. One would think that one 12" surround would be the same as another, but that is not the case. I was lucky; I ordered a piece that was too big. If it had been too small, there would have been no way to salvage it.
