A lot of the times, companies mix chili powder, some nuts, and soy and marketing as berbere but those products don’t meet the authentic profile of the blend. Often times tasting bland. This product right here hits the target pretty close. Most of the spices are there, and it taste almost the same. There are some exceptions, but not that much. One of the main one is that it has little to no salt in it making it taste a tad odd at first. After adding salt to the the spice it started to taste a little more authentic (a little different but that’s okay).
