It was a cool idea with the double walled cups and the heat doesn't get to your hand because of the insulation.Main issues:However, after a couple uses, one cup showed chipped signs and is now completely broken.The tea kettle drips water when you pour with it.The silver lid on top doesn't stay flush and holds onto condensation. You can't touch it when you pour because it's too hot, but the condensation drips down the side when you pour.Overall, bad design and flawed product.
