Good stuff when used as directed.
A lot of people here give poor reviews of this product because they are using it in a manner inconsistent with it's design and labeling. It works great when used to lubricate and clean tools, but I'm not so sure that I would use it as a way oil or cutting oil, I'm also unsure that I would feel safe using it to clean a gun (don't be surprised if it gums up when you do that and cycle a few mags). It's a tool lube, use it as such and don't expect it to withstand horrendous amounts of friction at high speeds and you'll be fine.

Doesn't prevent rust
There is something odd about this stuff. The company said that it has no water. (or silicone) They said it's a kind of wax. However, If I use it on the bottom of hand planes I eventually will see corrosion marks. I also had an issue with this transferring from a plane sole to a wood edge and totally corrupting a glue joint. My usual paraffin treatment doesn't do that. So, be careful with this.Works well on double hung windows.

Really works!
I live in an old 1924 house with wood casement windows. I got the windows unstuck but sliding them up and down was hard. The wood against wood friction made it difficult. I was told to try soap and I did but that didn't last long. Then I was told about Slipit - tried it and WOW - they moved easily and freely. This is my second can. It is a quick spray on the tracks in the spring and another in the fall. Couldn't be easier.

This stuff is awesome! I ran several hundred feet of rough board through my table saw, jointer and planer yesterday. Every couple hours the rough wood would stop sliding and start hanging up. I shop-vac'd it, wiped it and re-applied Slip-It and I was amazed at the difference it made. Wish I would have found out about it years ago!!

Worded well for me
This product worked well on the sliding hatch on my boat. Hatch took all the strength i had to open and close and the sliding perches were hidden from view to service. Sprayed "Slip It" back in there and it really freed it up. Hatch is relatively easy to work now. I slathered it on quite liberally to make sure the spray worked it way back into the right places. This left quite a thick film of slippery residue on the bottom of the hatch. I wiped off the film and was worried that this would compromise the lubricity and thus the newly found ease of operation, but two months later the hatch still slides open and closed very nicely.

Works...but..
Works great. But I wonder if a generic silicone spray would work the same but cheaper...?

Worth the price.
This stuff is amazing. The only problem is that now I run around finding every squeaky hinge or door closer or stuck window so I can use it. It has a very weak but non-offensive odor and does an great job. Windows that had been painted shut for twenty years now open and close like new, doors are silent, and I'm happy.
