The tendons and ligaments in my forearms are wonderfully comfortable They're *not rigid cold* and they're not overly warm. Sleeves don't seem to cause any sort of sweating or clamminess for me. These help protect my arms allowing me to wear a short sleeve shirt. I do not use the thumb holes because that add material into the palm of my had causing hand fatigue or grip slipping. Make sure you wash them before wearing; I didn't and they made my arms itch.
