I ordered four chairs and they arrived on time. One of the molded plastic chairs had permanent scuffing on it. I reached out with pictures and within hours heard back. They sent an additional chair without hesitation which arrived a few days later. WOW! So wonderful. The chairs look great and are sturdy and comfortable to sit in. Also, I was hesitant to purchase because of some reviewers saying they are hard to put together. They may not be quite as easy as something from IKEA, but they are not too bad. I took me 40 minutes to get the first chair together and 15 minutes to do each of the rest. I will say using a power drill instead of the hand tools they provide definitely speeds up the process.
