### ⭐⭐ Plastic prongs to secure refills broken

Unfortunately the plastic prongs which secure the refills in the holders were damaged on all the items. This meant they were not as secure as the could have been and were worked loose by the horse. Hasn't been a problem with the refills i have bought in the past so it is likely just a bad batch i received. My advice would be to check them carefully and if the items you receive have the same damage then return them rather than hoping for the best as we did.
  

### ⭐⭐ Not what I thought it was

Wasn’t too happy with this product as it didn’t explain clearly enough what it was! Very confusing  Thought it was the licks with the hole in middle to hang up. Horses still enjoyed the taste though but could only lick it for s while. Then it became sharp
