Review: Great portable frother UPDATED FOR FAILURE - UPDATE: The 2nd stem did exactly the same thing that the first did so I don't believe it's the stem but the insertion hole in the hand unit that possibly loosens with use causing the stem to vibrate and rotate wildly. Shutting it off and reinserting it doesn't fix the problem and the stem vibrates ineffectively and inappropriately and then falls out. Very disappointing since the unit is only 6 months old. I have sent an email to the seller to get it replaced under their 3 year warranty. Will report back once they make good on the warranty. I've had this for a couple months now and use it daily. I love the fact that it is very lightweight, rechargeable, portable, came with two double frothing wands and has 3 speeds (all powerful). When reviewing the different models, I found that sellers tried to sell based on RPMs. I figured that at least one of the 3 speeds would be sufficient on this model. The lowest is perfect and the two higher speeds are so powerful that you may find splatters of cream everywhere if you're not careful. My only complaint is that the first wand will not stay secured in the handset and fell out during frothing. I've only washed it by hand so I'm not sure why that would be. Thankfully they provide a second one so problem solved for now until it fails too.

When I received my frother, I tried it out... or attempted to. The shaft was so far to one side that I could not get a spring to go on it. I turned it on and looked at the shaft and it was definitely bent. I requested a return and got it. It took only one day for me to get my replacement. When I received it, I inserted a whisk without any problem and turned it on, it worked perfectly. Removed the whisk and tried the other type attachment, it gyrated wildly. Put first one back on.... same gyration. Being a logical gal and knowing I did nothing to change it, I investigated. I took the metal cap off. It came off smoothly. A plastic ring at the bottom of it fell off. I looked inside. The shaft was straight. No bend. I turned it on. The shaft did not wobble. I put the ring and cap back on and tried again... same wobble. I took the top off and this time I put an attachment on without the cap. no wobble. reassembled and got wobble. I tried it with the cap and no ring and the cap really snapped on, and it hadn't before. Bingo! The ring was not letting the cap settle straight and it was throwing it off. I took a diamond emery board and sanded the ring bottom until, when assembled, the cap snapped in firmly. It started to wobble after half a minute. took more off the ring until the cap could turn easily. No wobble on any attachment. Problem solved! Just make sure you sand evenly. I think the cap has to be able to turn occasionally. i cannot think of any other purpose that I can test. It came partly charged but I hooked it up to charge for a couple hours. (It would take longer than that on a computer or laptop, but I used the wall adapter.) Made some whipping cream, frothed some coffee, and scrambled some eggs. Good job on all and it had now had a good work out. Update... March 2023 it finally died. The item is not available so I have to fine s new one. i hope the one I find gives as great a performance as this one did! Bravo Zoocura!

**Q: Do you have to hold down the button the whole time you are using it in your milk, or is it press on and press off?**
A: It's an on-off switch with 3 speed. I hate the one you have to continue holding. It hurts my thumb to this day. This one you press it on or off whenever you want.

**Q: how powerful is this? I have a similar style and it has trouble when I put it to the bottom of a glass of water?**
A: The high speed of this milk frother is Very powerful. You also can choose medium or low speed. You most definitely won’t have trouble with this one in a glass of water. I was actually shocked by how powerful it is.

**Q: How long is the stem to dip in drinks ?**
A: The whisk stem is 3 inches long from frothier to beater.

**Q: Are there other wisk attachments that can be purchased that are compatible? The box and foam shows an actual wisk, but I did not recieve it.**
A: My box came with two whisk attachments.

UPDATE: The 2nd stem did exactly the same thing that the first did so I don't believe it's the stem but the insertion hole in the hand unit that possibly loosens with use causing the stem to vibrate and rotate wildly. ### ⭐ Not worth it.

This product only lasted approximately 6 months. It didn't even pass the one year mark. Very disappointed. Other than that it was a great mixer great power, it charged as advertised, and a very convient tool. However, poor quality.
