Fill the rest of bottle with water. Shake until combined. To use, spray on hands and rub together. **Q: I'm confused in how to use these. Do you put them on your skin or ingest them? And what's the difference between the oil and the soft gel version?** A: I have ingested thus daily for the last 4 years. A couple of drops in 8 oz of water and drink it. This year I had to cut back on expenses and as I found another company (American) that had the same great quality essential oils, I cancelled my membership. My son and his lady came to visit for Christmas. She had gotten sick while visiting her mother in Australia, so her mother gave her a bottle of On Guard so she could take three drops a day to help her heal faster. She got over what she had in two days so now swears by the stuff -- although both she and my son about dropped their teeth when they heard it was 50 pounds a bottle. It's been nearly a year since she saw her parents, so she's almost out. I told my son about another product I'm using from the company I now get my oils from, but he was concerned that even though I've been using it and it works, and even though she knows when it comes to offering ANYTHING to her I've looked into carefully as she's very much into natural/clean/organic products. I checked here on Amazon and saw it "on sale"...not much cheaper than retail, but every little bit helps (I also wanted to be sure it would arrive before they left to go back overseas). It was set for delivery next week (in time for Christmas), but lo and behold...it arrived today! What a happy surprise!! For any of you who DON'T generally use essential oils this blend really helps to keep the "bugs" from getting into your system; or, once they do, get rid of them much faster than when not using it.
