This accomplishes about a good a job of staying on the hands without the need for re-application between sets on heavy deadlifts as one can reasonably expect. I had absolute grip on the handles and bars and the chalk did not dirty clothes or equipment. We still wiped down the handles and bars of the equipment as a courtesy but there was no mess on them. I could see a faint bit of chalk on the plates from grabbing them and putting on and off the bar or machines but that’s it.
