No the cheap knock off type. The connection between the handle and head is top notch. The cheap versions break within a few uses. WORTH the extra money!!! ### ⭐ Not Designed To Last *by D***. on July 27, 2025* I've been through two of these extension poles. Both had failures in the twist lock components. The first pole lasted just one season with a handful of washes of our RV before the fixed black plastic piece split (similar to another review here). The second pole lasted 3 seasons before the plastic fingers that tighten against the extension pole started breaking off. I wash our RV maybe 3-4 times a year so the pole was not heavily used.
