I rarely use this for a meal replacement shake, but if I do, I add way more than the recommended 8 oz of water. Easily can add 16 oz because it's so sweet. I primarily use this in my bullet proof or keto coffee. Just 1/2 Tbs to 1 full Tbs with MCT Oil and Kerrygold = heavenly coffee! I've tried this flavor as well as S'mores (also uhhhmazing), and Chocolate Caramel and this is my favorite. I have Vanilla Bean on the way and look forward to trying Strawberry Cheesecake in the future. Btw, the last twoorders have been through the Nubreed via Amazon because shipping is free and it's cheaper than ordering direct.
