This is a nice product as it is indeed partially silk. The only stretch comes from the elastic as the main fabric has no stretch. I am typically a mens medium which most of the time equates to a womens large. I ordered the extra large and initially received an item with a tag sized medium. This was crazy small, so I contacted the seller and they sent me the item with XL on the tag. The XL fits great! There is enough room up front for most men if you are curious. The back is mostly full coverage, but due to the lack of stretchiness in the fabric, riding up does occur. The little bows are glued on, but they were cheap so that's about the quality I expected. The fabric is soft, but the bikini straps are rough. We went two sizes up and they fit okay. A little big but the size up would have been too tight..Also, the purple is more of a soft soft lavender.
