**Q: Can the handle be re-attached at 90 degrees to what's shown in the picture?**
A: I installed at my daughters house, so I can't check right now. But I'm pretty sure it is a slotted handle, so 90 degrees is NOT possible. What I did was simply remove the handle and put on top of the water tank, so it would not be accidently bumped open. By the way, I was super happy with the purchase (1 piece vs 2).

**Q: Can this valve be used as a hose bibb?**
A: Yes, i use it as a hose bib on my rain barrel.  If the valve freezes it will break, so, protect it in in extreme cold temperatures.

**Q: Where are these made?  What is the country of orogin?**
A: Designed in CT, USA, Made in China. Thanks

**Q: Can this be used as a boiler drain valve?**
A: All brass with interior stainless ball valve so should be able to handle the drain duties just fine

High quality, is the first thing that I noticed when I opened the box. Its got some nice weight to it as well reassuring you that it is built to last. It also looks very nice too, especially after you have installed it on your water tank. Even comes with a cap as an extra security to prevent any leaks, incase somebody accidentally hits the handle or doesn't fully turn off the valve or something. It's not really a problem, but it's nice to have an extra step of security right. I switched out the generic cheap plastic valve on my water heater for this amazing upgraded valve and I am very happy with this valve. This is also a full open port, so it made flushing my water tank out vastly faster and better too including the harder flow of water making the sediment come out much easier and better. Buy this now for your water tank and you will be much happier like me. It also makes your water tank look nicer and it is made in USA too so it's a win win.
