Air leaks around the filter, it takes too long to create suction and has to be plugged in to even work. Connection between the vacuum and bag is too fragile and broke on arrival. On further reading into the company, this product was initially created on Kickstarter and the company never even bothered to deliver the product to its original backers. The company is not to be counted on for customer service and does not replied to inquires. This is a complete waste of $80, save your money and time. I had it for TWO years and use it on every motorcycle trip. Forget about space when traveling by air, I have to pack blankets, pillows, towels, inflatable mattresses, clothes, etc. For a camping trip for two in a motorcycle. EVERYONE this is made of plastic you have to take care of it while operating, this is not a rugged vacuum you plug in to the wall. I used it 2 months ago and the next trip is in September, and this vacuum is coming with us.
