- The beef is from Humboldt Farm in Northern California. Small family farm where the cattle roams freely in the hills around Eureka for most of the year. It's in inaccessible places so most of the work happens on horseback by the family.
- Shipping is free
- Please note: We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays with UPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you order on a Sunday we will ship it on Monday (the next day). these stakes were not edible -very tough and unedible  - very disappointed  -gave one star because I could not, go any lower on a rating -was embarrest to serve them  to my family and friends !!

Horrible  Steaks  ,small and  the vacuum packs  were  not  sealed  correctly !!! The  meat became  covered  with ice frost !! will not buy again period !!!
