One application lasts for up to two days; I find, and it does contribute to solving vaginal dryness and itchiness, as well as preventing urine infections, which I was prone to before discovering it, provided it is used regularly. One great thing about it is that it comes in single one use applications, which I find more hygienic than say other ones on the market that oblige you to constantly sterilise a single applicator. (This has caused urine infections for me in the past and didn't work for me). The only draw back is it is quite expensive, but to me worth every penny.
