I have ordered another box in the hope these arrive and I have contacted Alkimi on three separate occasions only to be ignored. I find it such a shame that a company with such a great product with so much potential and a great ethos fails on customer service, especially when this could lead to great things for both. It makes logical sense to me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ OK considering it has natural ingredients *by M***N on 1 May 2020* I like the idea of these being a natural product and therefore limiting emissions. The cleaning ability is good considering they are natural but would get better with a more standard cleaning product. For example the kitchen cleaner didn’t clean hard stains on my hob but was Ok as a basic cleaner. I was hoping that the scents would be a bit stronger - the window/glass cleaner smells great but the rest are pretty much scent less.
