As soon as I started taking this for my glucose and red rice yeast for my cholesterol I instantly lost 7 pounds and I'm staying steady there. I did do blood test three weeks after I started this and my thyroid had changed to pretty much the opposite and I think because of the iodine in this. So I'm not sure if these Changes in my thyroid which may change my medication is a good or bad thing? I will look into that. I might have to take the one from Costco or something that does not have iodine in it. But if you're not worried about that this has the best of the best!
