A: I think about three months

A: Basically it’s Pork and Chili and I believe Paprika as Well its Spreadable and Spicey

**Q: We cannot take too much chili heat, but want the flavor. can this be used sparingly in a sauce for a less firey effect?**
A: I am hooked on this spreadable salami. It is very spicy but not killer hot. It is excellent to use in sauces. I would suggest you taste a small bit of it so you have an idea of how much to use. Also you may want to add a small amount and taste. Romberg you can always add but you can’t remove.

I bought this 'nduja salami to use for bruschetta, but have found the best thing is to use it as a flavoring for sauces and soups. One ounce, added towards the end of preparation as delicious umami intensity, smokiness and spice (hot chile). Will buy again.
