Will my one-year-old be able to reach in?** A: Yes. I gave it to my one-year-old granddaughter for her 1st birthday and she loved it. It helps them learn how water moves and works as well. Just be sure to secure the plug correctly, the wet pavement is because I didn't secure it well enough. Be sure to push the plug up from the bottom of the table so it has a tight seal.
