This is for women but does not say that in the description. Maybe a good work out but I was expecting a lot more than shadow boxing and a kicks. I really want to use it in my PE class for my boys but they would not do this at all.

There are two key things I LOVE about these cards.1) They are big and very clear about what the exercises are.2) They show the basic exercises many of us know but don't always remember. In their images, they showed what to expect. I wanted a deck of just basic movements to do on a regular basis... Nothing fancy like the HIIT exercises (I have those too).... No big twisty-yoga exercises, but BASIC body movement exercises. I bought these a couple of years ago and am writing a review now because I came back to buy another set as a gift because I love them!  But alas... they are not available.  Great product. I think everyone who is not a big fan of exercising but wants to do some should have them. I was going to get them for my mom.  Great product. Good luck to the makers!
